THE COURSE:
Indulge in a day at Sarah Wilson's idyllic flower farm in the picturesque village of Compton Dando. The day begins with a captivating farm tour and an insightful talk from Sarah, where she shares her wisdom and passion for growing flowers. Together, we'll gather some of her beautiful flowers and create a stunning table arrangement that will set the stage for our delicious summer picnic provided by Wild Fig.
After lunch its over to us (Verity & Saffy) to teach you how to make your very own spiralled hand-tied bouquet using Sarah's flowers. By the end of the workshop, your bouquet will be expertly wrapped and ready to be enjoyed or gifted to someone special.
This course is perfect for garden lovers, flower enthusiasts, growers, florists, and anyone seeking a leisurely day of learning and enjoyment at a flower farm.
ABOUT COMPTON GARDEN FLOWERS…
Sarah is a flower farmer/florist, based in the Somerset village of Compton Dando, six miles from the city of Bath. Sarah and her husband Bob launched their business - Compton Garden Flowers in July 2016. Sarah is passionate about growing beautiful seasonal blooms and loves nothing more than sharing her knowledge with other like minded flower lovers.
