THE BATH FLOWER SCHOOL — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHO ARE WE?
1.1 The Bath Flower School provides floristry courses and workshops in Bath.
1.2 By booking a place you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the course start date.
2.3 If the balance is not received by the deadline, your place may be released and your deposit forfeited.
2.4 Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed bookings will honour the price shown at the time of your payment.

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
3.1 All cancellations or changes must be emailed to hello@thebathflowerschool.com.
3.2 If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the course start date, we will refund any balance paid, less the original card processing fees. The deposit remains non-refundable.
3.3 If you cancel between 6 and 8 weeks before the course start date, there is no refund. One transfer to another date within 6 months is permitted, subject to availability.
3.4 If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the course start date, no refund or transfer is available.
3.5 Refunds, where due, are processed within 10 working days of our written confirmation.

TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
4.1 Only one transfer per booking is permitted and must be rebooked within 6 months of the original date.
4.2 Further transfers are treated as a cancellation and all fees paid will be forfeited.
4.3 You may nominate a substitute attendee up to 72 hours before the start time with our written approval.

NON-ATTENDANCE AND LEAVING EARLY
5.1 Non-attendance for any reason, including illness or personal commitments, does not entitle you to a refund, extra tuition or transfer.
5.2 If you start but do not complete a course, no refund is due. Any alternative offered is at our discretion and may incur charges.

CANCELLATIONS BY US
6.1 All courses have minimum attendance levels. We may amend or cancel if numbers are not met or in circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 If we cancel, we will aim to give at least one week’s notice. You may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid, processed within 10 working days.
6.3 We accept no liability for costs you incur such as travel or accommodation. Suitable insurance is recommended.

COURSE CONTENT AND MATERIALS
7.1 Flowers and materials are included unless stated otherwise. Varieties may differ due to season and availability.
7.2 We aim to deliver the content described, but minor adjustments may be made to ensure the best experience on the day.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
8.1 You must follow all health and safety guidance given by our team. We may ask anyone acting in a way that risks safety or disrupts learning to leave; no refund will be due.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA
9.1 We may take photographs or short video during courses for our website and Instagram @thebathflowerschool. If you prefer not to be included, tell us in writing before the course.
9.2 You are welcome to take photographs at the flower school. Please credit The Bath Flower School when sharing and do not present our space, styling or set-up as your own venue or brand.
9.3 Videoing our demonstrations is permitted for your personal learning only. Please do not post demo videos publicly, share them online, live stream, or use them for commercial purposes.
9.4 You are very welcome to share photos or videos of your own work made during the course. If posting video, please remove the original sound recorded in the classroom.
9.5 Commercial photography or filming (including brand shoots, paid partnerships or sponsored content) requires our prior written consent.

GIFT VOUCHERS
10.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the expiry date shown.

Bookings using a voucher are subject to availability and these Terms.
